Press Pass

You may be a freelance journalist, but that doesn't mean you have to be scooped by staff reporters. An NWU press pass will prove that you are an experienced and legitimate member of the press, while enabling you to preserve your independence as a freelancer.

The Union will certify that members are working journalists by issuing a Union endorsed press credential to those who qualify. This laminated card, complete with your photograph, will allow you to gain access to important events.

Magazines

Members receive the UAW's monthly Solidarity.

Member discounts

Members get substantial discounts on NWU seminars, events, and publications. Other discounts include car rentals, delivery service, and theme parks. See Union Plus Benefits for Union Members.
